March Paper Pumpkin

March Paper Pumpkin Projects!

Supplies Used:

March Paper Pumpkin Kit, Envelope Punch Board, Doilies, Bitty Butterfly Punch, 21/2" Circle Punch and Raspberry Ripple Satin Ribbon and Ink

These First Two Cards are the Original Projects suggested with the kit:

I used the AWESOME Envelope Punch Board and the Bitty Butterfly Punch. I colored the die-cut wood accent with the Island Indigo ink pad that came with the kit.

For this Card I turned one of the cards from the kit  inside out and stamped the front using the ink pads and ink spots that came with the kit in alternating patterns. I also colored the die cut with the Calypso Coral ink pad. 

For this card I added a doilie, Raspberry Ripple satin ribbon, Bitty Butterfly punch, 21/2" circle punch and colored the die-cut wood accent with Raspberry Ripple ink.

This card is a cute little 3x3 card made by trimming one of the original cards down to 3x6 and folding it in half. I punched one of the gold foil envelope liners with the 21/2" Circle Punch and adhering to the front of the card.

Sweet Window

I just can't get enough of this Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper! I will truly be disappointed to see it go! This paper is only available as a FREE Sale-A-Bration gift till TOMORROW! And now for the card!

I cut the card base to A2 (41/4" x 51/2") using Sahara Sand Cardstock, Embossed a piece of Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder trimmed 1/8" smaller than the card base. I attached a piece of Sweet Sorbet DSP to bottom of card and attached a strand of Summer Starfruit Satin Ribbon above it.  

I made the window using a piece of 3" x 31/2" Whisper white cardstock and the 1" square punch and stamped it using Sahara Sand ink and the Hardwood Stamp Set from the Occasions Catalogue. I then attached that to another piece of Sweet Sorbet DSP. The whole piece was attached with dimensionals to the card front to give it some dimension. The awning was made using the banner punch and YES Sweet Sorbet DSP. 

The Flowers and Butterfly were punched using the Petite Petals Punch and Bitty Butterfly punch from... you guessed it Sweet Sorbet DSP and adhered the Basic Rhinestones to the centers. I stamped the sentiment with Sahara Sand Ink onto a scrap of Crisp Cantaloupe Cardstock and punched it out with the modern label punch and adhered it to the card with dimensionals and added some rhinestones to that as well.

I love getting this little red box in the mail every month! It is so exciting to see what is in store for us! The best part about the Paper Pumpkin kits is not knowing what is coming till it gets here. Besides the original kit not even Demonstrators knows what is in the kits before they get here!

Perfect Life

One of the best things about being a demonstrator is all the wonderful people I have met already in such a short period of time. My up-line Allison hosted a shoe box swap and this is the design I had come up with. The sentiment I used was the selling point for my purchase of this stamp set - just seems to fit right now.

Well as promised, here is what I came up with using the starter kit for My Paper Pumpkin. The only thing I added was one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" piece of tempting turquoise cardstock and I used the 1/2 inch and 1 inch circle punches.

IT'S TIME!

It's time...time for a new beginning, a fresh start and to do something new and exciting! I have taken the plunge, signed up as a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, I am crawling out of my shell and sharing my creations through this blog and on my Facebook Page!

I am extremely grateful for all of you coming out to support me throughout this new journey! I look forward to sharing my ideas and creations! Who knows where this will go...but for now it's time to sit back and enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts!
